Indiana Voluntary Clean Energy Portfolio Standards Program (In VCEPS)
The 2011 session of the Indiana General Assembly (IGA) enacted Senate Enrolled Act (SEA) 251 which created the Indiana Voluntary Clean Energy Portfolio Standard (IN VCEPS) program. The legislation also directs the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) to initiate a rulemaking to implement the new law.
