IndianaDG NOTE: It appears that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) may find itself in a conundrum concerning what action to take on the pending Duke Energy Indiana EDG case to replace net metering in Cause No. 45508. Why? The Indiana Court of Appeals has reversed and remanded the IURC order in the CenterPoint/Vectren EDG case in which the issue of instantaneous netting was overturned. This issue is also part of the Duke EDG case.
